Upon receiving this information, we will review your request and determine whether a refund is warranted. If a refund is granted, we will process it as soon as possible and issue it to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for goods that have been altered or customized in any way. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we determine that the damage or discrepancy was caused by misuse or abuse of the product.
